Return policies

Much of our merchandise is of a seasonal nature therefore a return authorization number need's to be requested within 48 hours from delivery of shipment, for a full refund. For proper credit, all returns must include the authorization number (clearly marked on the outside of the boxes), and a copy of your invoice.

Unauthorized returns will be refused. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be subject to a 15% restocking fee in addition to applicable shipping and insurance costs. In the event of a damaged parcel, you may contact us within 2 day's of delivery and we will gladly send you a replacement.

No refunds or exchanges are permitted after 2 days of receipt of shipment. Merchandise purchased before Christmas cannot be returned after Christmas, for refund, credit or exchange.
