What are the benefits of registering?
- Registered clients save their contact information to our servers for future use. This does not include sensitive financial information such as credit card number & expiration date. Registering allows clients to place orders without having to fill out all the forms each time. We never distribute or sell any of our client's information.
- Registered clients can also save shipping addresses entered during the checkout process to their client file for future use. Saving this information is optional, we do not solicit these people in any way.

How early should I order?
It's up to you, if you want your products for Christmas be sure to allow us one business day to process your order plus the shipping delay to your location. Use the chart bellow to get an idea of transit time, don't forget to add an extra day for order processing and note carrier service limitations below.

How much is shipping going to cost?
It depends, but generally.
22 inch wreaths and centerpieces will be $10.00 - $16.00
32 inch wreaths, other decorations and tabletop trees will be $18.00 - $35.00
6-7 foot Christmas trees will be $45.00 - $65.00 in shipping.
Can I ask for specific delivery dates?
In the checkout process you are asked to give us a delivery period. We cannot target specific days, but we will ship for arrival in the week chosen.
How late can I order for Christmas delivery with Ground service?
Please note the last ground shipment that is sure to arrive for Christmas will be December 15th 2009, contact us for other service availability after this date.
If I order today how soon can I expect delivery?
It takes us one business day to prepare and ship an order. Generally orders placed in the morning (Eastern time) will be shipped the next day. Orders taken in the afternoon or evenings are sent to production the next day, and once in production, items ship in 24 hours.
How can I order for delivery to many different addresses?
Simply follow these instructions.
- If you have registered be sure to log-in prior to starting this process (Use the menu at the top or bottom of any page to log-in).
- From the product page for the item you wish to order click the link "Shop for - Multiple Recipients."
- If you need more than two shipping addresses enter the number of recipients required and press "Redraw Recipient table".
- If your recipients are already on file select them from the drop down lists offered, enter the quantity for each. If they are not listed chose "New Recipient", enter a name for the location and enter the quantities to ship. Click "Add to Cart" to proceed.
From the product pages for each item you wish to purchase; repeat the previous steps until your order is completed and you're ready to checkout. Different quantities and items can be selected for each address in your list.
- Once all your products have been added to your shopping cart you should be in the page with the heading (Step 1 of 3) select the "Secure Checkout" button from the bottom of the page to continue to the next step. If you are not in the (Step 1 of 3) page, click on the shopping cart icon in the menu at the top or bottom of any page.
- The next page (Step 2 of 3) is to collect your billing information as well as your shipping addresses. Registered clients will not need to complete the billing address section; the system will pull this data from the client file. The same is true for shipping addresses; those saved to file previously will be filled out.
- Fill in the addresses for those recipients who are not on file. Verify and complete missing information as needed (shipping date, gift card, comments). Onetime buyers and clients who did not register to shop must fill in all sections at this time.
- Once all information has been entered proceed by clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.
- The following page (Step 3 of 3) is to check the information provided for your order and supply payment information. Verify the information on screen and if everything is OK you simply need to complete the payment form and click the "Submit" button to complete the purchase.
- Once done you will be presented with a receipt for your purchase that includes your order number/ID, a copy of the receipt will also be sent to you by email. It is recommended however that you print a copy of the receipt on screen just incase your email address should have an error or some other issue prevents your email from getting to you.

Why is shipping so expensive for Premium Christmas trees?
Premium 7' Christmas trees are expensive to ship due to the size and weight of the product. Yet, if you compare our price shipping with that of our competitors who sell with shipping included, in most cases we will be less expensive even when shipping across the continent. We may be more expensive than your local tree lot, but chances are a seven foot PREMIUM (perfect) tree will cost as much there and the tree will have been cut weeks prior to your puchase, we ship ours fresh cut a day or two before sending it out to you.

When and from where are the shipping charges calculated?
All shipping charges are applied during checkout, shipping is calculated from Vermont for US customers and from the Eastern Townships in Quebec for Canadians.
Do you include gift cards with orders?
Yes, in the checkout process we ask you for the message you would like to include with your order. More info on shipping to multiple addresses.
Corporate purchases and volume orders may be submitted by fax to 1-877-666-7276, gift card message need only be indicated to be included with the purchased product, call us 1-888-666-7672 for details.

Can I choose to pay in Canadian dollars and order from the US, or vise versa?
No, No, and absolutely No.
Orders with a US Billing addresses will be billed in US dollars and Canadian addresses in Canadian dollars. Sorry, but we must bill according to the address for proper verification and processing.

If I order, when is my credit card charged?
When your order ships.
When placing your order through our site your credit card is only validated, no funds are transferred at that time. We will only request the funds when your order is prepared and ready to ship. For example if you placed an order in September that is to be shipped in November your card will only be charged in November.
