This document constitutes the Terms of Agreement between 4GiftGiving (4GG) and your organization, governing the provisions of a special fund-raising project.

Project Description

The project consists of the sale of fresh 22" wreaths & centerpieces and any other products 4GiftGiving agrees to supply to your fundraising organization (some products are not available to certain locations). Your organization, your volunteers or agents, will solicit individual orders for these products. The products will be sold at the suggested retail price with the shipping charge added to this. Cost to your organization will be 80% of the retail cost of the product plus the shipping charge.

Terms of Agreement

All orders must be received by a date agreed to between 4GiftGiving and your organization. The project may be terminated at any time with written notice by either party. 4GiftGiving reserves the right to limit the number of sponsor organizations participating in this program.

Products available

Products available for the fundraiser will be limited to 22" Christmas wreaths and natural evergreen Christmas centerpieces. Other products are subjetct to approval by 4GiftGiving.

Administration

Your organization will appoint one individual responsible for the fund-raising project, who will act as the sole contact with 4GiftGiving. This person will act as coordinator, consolidating the orders, promptly sending the overall order with payment to 4GiftGiving, and, upon receipt of the products, distribute the products to purchasers and participants. At your request, a limited number of samples can be supplied by 4GiftGiving.

Payment

All orders must be paid in advance. 4GiftGiving will not process any orders received without accompanying payment. All orders must total a minimum of $500.

Shipping & Handling

Prices will be determined with shipping included to your area. All products become the property of your organization upon delivery to the transportation agency.

Limitation of Liability

4GiftGiving warrants to your organization and only your organization that the goods will be delivered to the carrier within normally acceptable tolerances, free of defects to our specifications. With natural products, certain inconsistencies in product do emerge. All products are quality checked before leaving our premises. Some allowances for natural variations are to be made. In no case will the 4GiftGiving's liability exceed the actual cost to the buyer for goods provided.

Other Regulations

Your organization, its volunteers and agents agree to act within the retail regulations as governed in your jurisdiction. Any municipal or other licenses which may be required in connection with this fund-raising project are the sole responsibility of your organization. While soliciting, sellers should carry proof identifying that they are bona fide agents of your organization.
